Failed update headset firmware

I updating my base station normaly but when i try to update my headset firmware faild and i try to do again to fix that problem i didnt work, i prefer the old updating method that the software check which devide are connect, the new method is a trash!!!!!!!!!! please a need help with that its the second time your software failed on firmware update
