Terrible Support Service

I've had the Nolo since the first shipment thru kickstarter. NOLO HOME releases and now i need a top of the line video card. I know how to roll my firmware back but all this back and orth once a day email nonsense to try to get me to schedule a remote session is utter nonsense. send me the damn upgrade tool and firmware that i have already used a few times back when 0.12.20 was the driver to have. Im not some joe blow who knows nothing. my skill level is equal to that of an engineer. let me do my own firmware downgrade. damn!
