After firmware update, controller looks front

I've been using nolovr well while writing ivry
After updating firmware to nolo home
The controller is strange

 controller moves only in the direction of the base station
I want to get help.

I love ivry it very good

  • Hi, thanks for your message. Could you please email us at support@nolovr.com with your Forum ID and the serial number shows on the product box starts with LY word. We would like to book a remote session for you to downgrade the firmware.

  • So I have the same problem.
    And after firmware update I lost my base station. It looks only grey coloured in Steam VR.
    And I see 4 controllers instead of 2. What the hell?
    I update firmware fron 2.1 to 2.2 head sensor, from 2.2 to 2.3 controllers, and the base station is on 2.2 firmware  and the is no up to date.
    I update it from nolo home. Help, what I must t do to fix this?

    I have dfu files, how to flash it for controllers and head marker?
  • When I send an e-mail to the nolo team, it helps me with remote control, so I fixed the my nolo.

    Yes the firmware for head marker and controllers.

  • can any of you help me get the software to downgrade head tracker and base station firmware? i all ready have the software for the controller.

  • @waffeins Hi, we tried to connect to your TeamViewer today (Wed) But it shows that you didn't run it on your pc. We also emailed you, please reply to our email with another timeslot. 
  • I think I have the same problem ...base station no longer shows up and the controllers have no motion movment stuck in a forward facing position.... Please help me !!

  • I have tried the psvr headset and gearvr ... same problem using both... And I have tried emailing the support and heard nothing back

  • @Igritton Teamviewer is a remote software. You can just google it and download it.
