unable to update the fireware for headset marker

edited February 22 in Support
It is not  the problem of unable to go into the DFU mode. I can see the orange shining light both in auto mode and manutl mode.

As the headset marker went into the DFU mode, it will be unable to recognized by the PC, just like below
(Windows 7 professional x64)

After that
I tried to install the driver in \NOLO HOME\DFU_Driver
both by
1.
run DFU_Install_x64.exe in admin mode(nothing happen except a black window appear and disapprar)
2.
choose update the driver file in system hardware device manager(got an error)
the error said, windows has found the driver of the device, but got an error when trying to install it
detail information:
unable to start the service, the reason may be it has been forbidden, or the service associateed with it is not running

there is no problem during the process of upating the base station.
