Auto shutdown and drifting head tracker

I use NoloVR for full body tracking, I've noticed that if I (for example) sit down for a long period of time, the controllers turn themselves off?? and that the head tracker (being used as a hip tracker) randomly likes to go off to the side and force me to completely re-calibrate the system.

Are these two issues being fixed in upcoming patches or what? The auto-shutdown thing is really annoying, could you not add a tick box in Nolo Home to disable it? I have to calibrate everything again when they turn themselves off.

  • @SanDisky Hi, we can do a remote session for you to refresh the firmware to disable auto-shutdown version. Please send us your preferred time slot between 10:00-18:00 UTC+8 Mon-Fri with your Teamviewer ID and password to support@nolovr.com.
For the drifting issue of the headset marker, it has been improved in the latest firmware.
