hi, 
i am looking to publish a ue4+nolo game to the home store but in the process of signing up as a nolo developer, i am asked for an 18-digit ID number. where can i find this?

    also, since i am in the united states, the Sign up NOLO DEVELOPER page does not recognize my phone number as a real phone number.
