i need help for nolo vr problems with Pimax 5k


 I just bought a pimax 5k

However, after updating nolo, pitool does not recognize nolo base station, head tracker, controllers. 

I have to search for a downgrade. Is it downloadable remotely?

i sent email but no reply

    First of all, thank you for proceeding with the downgrade service requested
     by e-mail urgently.
    But there is one problem.
    In nolohome, head tracking works normally. Up, down, left, and right rotation
    However, head tracking does not work properly on steamvr (HMD: Pimax 5k). 
    It moves vertically and horizontally. However, head rotation does not work properly.
    Turning sideways, the screen is only looking at the front.
    The room setting is already set in Pitool, SteamVR.
    Do you have any information to help?

  • i'm waiting remote service... it's over 30 min
  • The remote session should start at 14:00 UTC+8. We started it at 13:48 which is earlier.
