All items not detected

My headset is connected to my network on a 5G router but Nolo home says my base station and other items aren't detected. I'm obviously very new to VR usage and gaming so I'm assuming I've done something wrong. Maybe I missed a step in the set up?
I should also point out that I'm forced to use two separate routers (one with 5G and one without) and I'm afraid that that may be the problem but it shouldn't be.

I'm also confused about the set up instructions. It says I need to download the Nolo Home app but it's the Nolo Home app that's telling me to do that. Am I confused about which apps they're talking about or something because that makes no sense.
I'm using a Pico G2 4K.
